For me, wine growing is also a life long opportunity to indulge, close-up, my fascination with the wonderful complexity of Old World grape varieties, planted in the Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek in some of the oldest soils in the world. Likewise, my winemaking is about a return from modern, large-scale methods to classic, hands-on viticulture and oenology: traditional production methods, the careful use of indigenous wild yeast fermentations, minimal intervention and fine European oak barriques for aging.   I hope you will enjoy     TK
